Which fraction is bigger?
A learn-card from the app — short lesson, quick quiz, gold stars.
Everything they need. Nothing you didn't ask for.
Built for UK families who are tired of monthly fees, login walls and apps that quietly harvest their children's data.
National Curriculum aligned
Every topic mapped to the National Curriculum for England — KS1 and KS2, Years 1 to 6 — so it matches what your child does at school.
Maths, English & science
Friendly learn-cards explain each idea in plain words, then quick quizzes check it stuck. Little and often, the way primary children actually learn.
Parent dashboard + homework
See what's been practised and where the gaps are — and assign homework yourself. You set the work; BrightBook makes it feel like a game.
All your children included
One price covers every child in your family. No per-child seats, no "family plan" upsell. Siblings each get their own profile on the device.
Works offline, anywhere
Everything lives on your tablet or phone, so it works in the car, on holiday and in the middle of a field. No Wi-Fi, no problem.
Private by design
No account to create, no ads, no tracking, no data collection. Your child's progress stays on your device — full stop.
Made for families like yours
Subscription-fatigued parents
Another month, another £8-per-child app fee — and the guilt of cancelling it. BrightBook is the opposite: pay once, own it, and let them learn at their own pace without a meter running.
Home educators
A structured Years 1–6 spine across maths, English and science that you steer. Assign the day's work from the parent dashboard, see progress at a glance, and keep everything offline and private.
One price. Every subject. Every child. Forever.
No subscription, no in-app purchases, no "premium tier". We'll announce the single launch price soon — waitlist members hear first and get the best deal.
Fair questions
Really no subscription? What's the catch?
Really. You pay once and the app is yours, including every subject and every child in your family. Because there's no server keeping your data, there's no monthly cost for us to pass on. If we add big new content packs years from now, they may be optional paid extras — but what you buy works forever.
How can it work with no account?
All lessons, quizzes and progress live on your own tablet or phone. There's nothing to sign up for because there's no cloud — that's also why it works offline and why your child's data never leaves your device.
Which years and subjects are covered?
Maths, English and science for Years 1–6 (KS1 and KS2), aligned to the National Curriculum for England — learn-cards, quizzes, a parent dashboard and homework you assign.
